01Follow the prescribed wear and change instructions
The provider determines how long each aligner is worn and when to move to the next one. No daily wear time or change interval is published for Dental at the Bow.
02Keep the teeth, gums, and aligners clean
Follow the approved brushing, cleaning-between-teeth, aligner-cleaning, removal, and storage instructions. Contact the provider if cleaning is difficult or the gums, teeth, or mouth change during treatment.
03Attend the recommended monitoring
Professional review helps assess oral health, aligner fit, tooth movement, and the bite. The plan may need to change if teeth do not move as expected, an appliance stops fitting, oral health changes, or another concern develops.
04Call about a problem
Contact the treating provider about a lost, cracked, warped, sharp, or poorly fitting aligner, persistent irritation, unexpected tooth movement, or pain that is not improving. For current swelling, injury, severe or worsening pain, or another urgent concern, call the clinic during clinic hours for current urgent availability.
