Submitting a booking request through the Site does not constitute a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when our team contacts you by your chosen confirmation method.

Any information, feedback, or material you transmit to us through the Site (other than communications that form part of an active patient relationship, which are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable health information law) is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

8. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites — for example Google Maps, the Plus-15 walkway map, or our Google Business Profile. We have not reviewed all linked sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Linking does not imply endorsement.
